The Cavaletti is a return to where it all began.

Founded in 2025 by sometimes showjumper, Carla Cerchi; The Cavaletti is the culmination of a long-standing love for high-end equestrian fashion—especially the Animo Italia brand.

Carla first started with Animo in 2015 with her former store, Dapple EQ. Over the years, her passion for refined riding wear and leather wear has remained a constant through every chapter, including her time with latter businesses, Little Equine Co. and Butet Queensland.

Now, with her daughter by her side (who grew up in the store and still loves helping today), Carla has been invited once again to represent Animo in Australia—a chance she couldn’t pass up. The Cavaletti is more than a store; it’s a continuation of a story shared with loyal riders who value elegance, performance, and the spirit of the sport.

Every piece we stock is personally chosen for its quality, innovation, and timeless style—because great riding wear should feel as good as it looks.
